So Fuller's Earth Works was one of the only places that this clay like material could be extracted. Wiki has informed me that can be used to decolorize, filter, and purify animal, mineral, and vegetable oils and greases.

This particular site closed down in 2000 and has an eerie feel of post-industrial desolation about it.

I visited with partner in crime Keitei.
