This site has been reported a few times here, so I don't have anything new to add for history.

However, it looks like access is usually made through the front. It's a lot easier to just continue up the road and enter from behind (as the actress said to the bishop).

The kilns are wrapped with a metal band which contains springs, presumably to allow expansion while maintaining building structure.

Interesting several varieties of brick were found inside the kilns

And the floor

It's very hard to be sure, but it looks like the floor is raised with some sort of arch underneath. I couldn't see more or where this might go.

At the rear of the site is the most interesting building.

And some pretty big cogs

Nice 1st report. Images are crisp. Thanks for sharing and welcome to the world of posting.
Just a tiny bit of feedback; for future ref really; we don't really discuss access points.
And even though its been done a lot, its nice to see the history for those who haven't seen it before and a little bit about how your explore went.

But again big welcome, hope to see more :thumb
