With a spare afternoon and a hunger for further adventure I decided to head out to the Isle of Grain. This location is very accessible. There is a wealth of information both on this site and many others on the history of this structure affectionately known as No.1 The Thames.
I checked the tides and found that with a 2 hour window either side of low tide there was ample opportunity to walk out and explore.
I met a couple of other Urban Explorers whilst there.
Again having seen everyone elses pictures I wanted to do something different and create a really old feeling given this structure dates back to 1855. These are all high contrast sepia.
I have uploaded the entire collection to flickr
