Report - Grand Theater - Southport - 2018

Such a big place, it seems that the theater end closed back in 1998 though the front of the building was still used as a casino up until 2013. The back part was used as a Gala Bingo hall.
If you're going then take some masks as this place is super dusty and extremely moldy!
Anyhow, enjoy!

I’m fairly local, I’m up in Preston. My only advice is to go at night and you’ll be fine!

If your an explorer just go and dosnt matter what time of day you go I’ve been four times since last year and did them all during the day, also I really don’t get night explores what’s the point it’s dark and shit, I will say tho most theatres/bingo/cinemas are pitch black inside so they really don’t matter going day or night but as for the tea of explores do them in day light it’s a more enjoyable viewing as for being scared of being seen just don’t act like a divvy standing around looking shifty most people will spot a mile off just walk up and walk straight in

are you taking the piss, most of us travel hundreds of miles every weekend just to check a place without even knowing if it is sealed or open and 2ndly you dont tell ppl in public how a place is open as the owners use this site a lot
