All change here - this post was sold in late 2009, apparently for £20,000, and is now very securely locked down. The new owner has repainted the various surface parts and has generally tidied it up.

I went and had a look at this a few weeks ago and sadly it's now ankle deep in water inside this ROC post.The hatch is still in good working order.Its a shame it's been allowed to get in such a state inside. Not sure why the people who brought it didn't maintain it?
