Came here with @Chloe Explores yesterday on a lovely sunny day on a visit to some locations north of London.
Lovely location and building next to a live place so needed to be quiet but we weren’t bothered by anyone.
I understand the building used to have items left behind such as beds and chairs but other than the bath thing, some benches from outside and a stunning cooker not a lot else is left now. There is a large green tiled room on the ground floor with boards across an old swimming pool to prevent anyone falling in, this room would have been beautiful in its day. Lots of room to explore, some with room names still there so we knew what it was used for.
Upstairs was where i believe an office was and more treatment rooms like one labelled the herb room, and other larger ones i assume were bedrooms. There is a stunning large room up there known as the green room with a beautiful ceiling and two fireplaces.
Graffiti was a minimum and there was some vandalism here and there but for a deserted building, open to the elements it was pretty much intact and not as unsafe as some ive been in. Outside in the grounds was another small building that had been hit hard by vandalism, why anyone would want to smash up an old piano is anyone’s guess. So needless and sad, i like a nice old piano left to its devices.
Although we had to be as quiet as possible and could hear the gardener and some chat from the next building it was really relaxed and we could take our time exploring and taking photos. so yes, this is pic heavy, sorry.

So surprisingly there isn’t a lot i could find so ive had to borrow from another post...
Green Lodge, Centre for Integrated Natural Medicines was set up as a complete medical infrastructure according to naturopathic principles, for a community of over 2000 people, including children, monks, nuns refugees from Tibet in the South Of India.
The building was a Coach house built in 1872.
