Visited with Stumpy.
A formerly excellent pumphouse situated on the A4. The basement still has the original tiles, and some original massive valves. All other machinery is stripped although some interesting architectural details remain.
Above ground, everything is stripped, and a steel frame has been erected in the building to facilitate the conversion to flats... 1 bedroom = £275,000 http://www.findaproperty.com/agent.aspx?agentid=5954&opt=prop&pid=244045
Theres scaffolding around the outside, climbing this you can see some grand carvings 'Metropolitan Water Board" above the main door.
Part of the floor between levels is made of glass tiles, very nice but I doubt this feature will remain. Far too cool.
