Secret is out! Drinking on Legoland Forth Firth premises was illegal. Shame on you ;)

I guess it depends on the explore at hand. For example a crane climb might be hazardous half cut lol!

It depends, normally would have post explore beers on occasion. I have nowt against people enjoying a beer while draining mind, but it is better to keep your wits about you, not much fun falling and doing your back or leg in, it can be hard enough staying upright stone cold sober without even having had 1 beer sometimes, let alone being a couple of beers in, on a slippery drain floor. Buildings may present their own dangers. I have a fear of heights, so cannot comment on climbing while having had a few.

Chuffing hell!! I remember seeing those in a shop when I was back in blighty recently. Looks like that stuff could put special brew to shame!

Trust me, it gets a bit tiresome reading it said every single fucking day on here for the last 8 years.
Haha yeah, 8 months later the novelty of it may have worn off but initially the idea of tanking up on a couple of tinnies whilst staking out a sketchy situation being described as measures for 'safety' was romantic in some way.
