The Explore:
Visited by myself K1N5M4N and two non-members. I stumbled across this one walking one of cornwall's many beautiful coastlines and couldn't resist taking a look.

Can't find any other post or history on this place probably due to its location but from documents i found i think it closed around 2010. If anyone has more info please post in the comments.

I've been here a few times, think the first time was in 2012 when it looked like it hadn't been closed long and it was all freshly boarded up. I think I read that the owner retired and put it up for sale but couldnt find a buyer. You can see it in better days in an episode of Doc Martin which was filmed just across the way at Port Isaac, when the Doc was interviewed by the local radio station. I never got upstairs because when I got to the landing I saw people staring in the window from outside and decided to get out, looks like you got a good look round though, like it!

LOL at all the ferns growing out of everything, I love shots with lots of nature taking over.

Great report, looks like a nice place, shame it's in the state it's in.
