This was a totally unplanned visit, I was taken through Tewkesbury on the way to a ROC post on my sat nav and saw this. Quickly searched 28days and was happy to see it was worth a look.
The history of this site has been done so well by Clebby, it would be worth checking his report out for the information as I don't think anything else will do it as much justice...
