Hermiston house was built in 1904, the last owner of the house was a Mr Glasgow, Mr Glasgow went bankrupt in 2000 and he lost everything, however the house was not in his name so he managed to kept hold of it. Mr Glasgow left the house in 2006 and a feud over the ownership took place, the house ended up for sale at £600,000 but after a while of no offers and damage to the property it was just left to rot. the fire and water damage inside the house has made it really hard to explore as most of the floors are caving in and some furniture from upstairs has fallen through the floor, it has a Rolls Royce in the garage which is actually in a decent condition
we have loads more pictures of this explore and others on our page if you fancy a look - https://www.facebook.com/forgottenscotlandurbex/
