Report - HMS Mercury (shore establishment)-Hampshire June 2010

Ive decided to do this report because i was having a browse around a couple of other reports which has been done on this site, and i realised not a lot of the site had been covered. I first discovered this place two years ago with a couple of friends and it was in pristine condition, sadly upon return it seems that the place has been ransacked quite a bit, also it seems that they may be starting to demolish the place when we spotted a digger with a couple of vans in the grounds after being there for an hour. Luckily we weren't spotted but it will be a shame to see this place go.

This is down the side of one of the main buildings...

This is what im naming the green room, had grass growing on the carpet....

This is what we think was either a giant boiler or an insinerator, there was two...
