HISTORY-The house was called THE PADDOCKS by the previous owner , i have been told that the house is up for sale by the GERMAN FISHER estate agents , the property may of already been sold ! the house is advertised as up for total refurbishment or demolition ! there has been a recent flurry of activity at this place , half a dozen old cars including ROVER P5, P6 , JAGUAR XJ6 , ASTRA MK 2 and a FIESTA MK 2 have been towed away by unknown persons ! also the undergrowth and trees have been removed , the logs still litter the yard ! sorry i do not have any more history on the place !

THE EXPLORE- we found the house on the outskirts of the little village of haughton in cheshire , if the trees had not been removed our search would of been a lot harder ! i was originally interested in finding this place because of my love of old cars , but alas they had been taken away !
in a way , finding that the exterior of the house had been cleared , i was probably the first person in years to get a full photo of the house . we left our car at a nearby pub so as not to raise suspicion among the cheshire set and walked onto the grounds of the house , we kept noise down to a minimum because we had dogs in both neighbouring propertys.
the doors had been boarded up ! we thought we had had a wasted journey ? but they had overlooked one port of entry ! and we were in ! even though cars , furniture and an assortment of other goodies had been removed there was still a bit to see ! me and my derping sidekick @Cazel#HT was careful not to disturb anything , even though those who had removed property from the house had taken no care in anything !!!
anyway it was a most enjoyable explore even though dog walkers were nearby on the road and we would stand still as not to attract attention off local motorists. this is one explore that i would not recommend due to lack of nearby parking , nosey neighbours and unless your in 1s n 2s you will attract attention from the local neighbourhood watch , luckily me n @Cazel#HT look like a middle aged couple out on a ramble ....lol

THE PHOTOS - as with most of my reports i was using a CANON 10-18mm wide angled lens , not the best for picking out detail , but bloody great for getting the BIG PICTURE without having to walk 100ft away to fit things into the frame , anyway ....enjoy the pics

Fantastic photos. Amazing old house. I love these old houses that have so many belongings left behind. I can't help wondering who lived here? Why was everything left behind? What is the history of the house, and family. So many questions...
I guess family members didn't want to tackle the clear out of a hoarders house...

blimey, they've had a bit of a tidy up since my visit. There was still a car out front too. Most rooms you couldn't get beyond the doorway when we went. Next time we tried there were folk on site emptying stuff out and burning stuff out front
