Horwood Mill, situated down the end of a quiet country lane in the village of Great Horwood, Buckinghamshire. visited with 3 non members on a lovely sunny afternoon. I can't find any information about the mill.

Interesting mooch and well done for going up to the top :thumb

This was Dean Foods Ltd, an animal feed mill. From the planning history, it looks to have been there at least 40 years

There's a current (2015) outline planning application to demolish it and "provide 7 dwellings and associated parking".

You’re welcome mate. I’d not heard of them before. That info came from the local planning department, IMO they are usually the best source of reliable info.

Dean Foods (or possibly Deans Food, both appear) seem to have or had quite a few of these places in Bucks too!
