Re: House of Crap, Ripley. December 2014

Be careful, I was in here very recently. There's a oversized human turd hiding on the floor in the small room with the passport photos on the shelf - and it wasn't me.

Sorry for the half reply there, the boss just came into the office!
yep that discovery left me traumatised.

Anyways great photos, and a very photogenic site. Thumbs up from me.

Sad to see some items from earlier reports now missing (a sewing machine and an antique camera at least)

It's dead easy to locate if you put the effort in. You already know which village it is, which is not the largest place in the world. Look on Google Earth for the house with the garden that has thick dense undergrowth. This activity is all about doing the homework first and you not going to get the answers by simply coming onto the forum with no history and asking for the answers.

Good luck and hope you find it although I'm afraid is already mostly trashed. There's lots of other places to explore in this part of Surrey too.

I put i bit of more effort in it and found the place. Unfortunatly cant post a report yet, but I'll do that asap. Thanks for the answere. I know I'm just a new starter but I'll dig deeper in this thing.

Good to hear. :thumb Sounds as if you haven't actually been in yet. My understanding is that the neighbours not too fussed anymore about seeing people go in and out, but of course still try and be as discreet as possible. The garden fence which gave cover is now completely collapsed.

Use the search feature in this forum to find other places and there's plenty in this part of Surrey. Chertsey was a hive of activity a few months ago. When we know you better and you have reports up, you will find us much more helpful and willing to share info.

I see some ham radio QSL cards in the photos, some of the keyboard equipment might be radio teletype stuff.
