This building is part of the St Andrew's Dock ancillary buildings, and
most likely provided the power to operate the lock gates. Its a complete mess inside but there are some nice finds if you dig about a bit.

The main tower is Grade II listed but they really need to sort this site out, The Lord Line building and surrounding docks have served as a derelict welcome to Hull for too long.
