Visited with Dweeb and RaddogExtreme.

We really didn't know if this would still be here, demolition seems to be taking an age. Not surprising when you see the amount of asbestos, almost everything is clad in it (to the untrained eye).

Access is walk-in. The ground level has been almost totally stripped out. Just our luck that a workman appears, we scarper upstairs.

It's a quite compact place, aka small. But that's half it's charm, you get to see a whole powerstation without taking a whole day about it...

Most of the control room is gone, and there doesn't seem to be access to the turbines. In any case it's not something we had a chance to do because of security and workmen out the front. Maybe someone else could try it before it gets knocked down.
