Hello all! My wife and I are only just getting into the whole exploration thing. We spoke about it a few years ago but I guess life kind of got in the way and it got put on the back burner. About a 6 weeks ago while we were walking our dogs, my wife mentioned it again. Something was difference this time because I immediately thought “what a good idea!”....something excited me about it this time for some reason and I’ve started looking around for places for us to go (we’re currently living in Croydon, south east London). I’ve picked up a tip or two in regard on “HOW” to search for a possible abandoned or derelict place (I COMPLETELY understand why people don’t give out address’ to places because you don’t really want the wrong kind of person to find it and ruin/trash it) but I must say it can be completely frustrating but when you DO find a place....WOW! It feels AMAZING!! We went to Friningham Manor recently (the amount of times I’ve driven past this place and DID’NT know it was there....my GOD! Lol) because it was the first place we’ve actually managed to find that Is still around and not converted or demolished (the post is up lol). That’s kind of where we are at the moment but I look forward to many more adventures!! Thanks Guys
