Only Thing We Know Is That It Was A Luxury Hotel Rated 4 Stars Before Its 2009 Closure As Russians And Brits Are Just About Keeping The Island Financially Stable.. Not Much Vandalism Fairly Clean But Pikeys Have Had All Wires And Pipes Etc...
