Itron was a manufacturer of utility meters, the factory closed in 2018, it is a fairly large site, and seems to be offices, warehouse/dispatch and factory, it now has planning permission for flats and houses, and a builders sign went up today, so I'd guess demolition isn't far away, might be worth doing before it bites the dust
