Kuoni House - Dorking, Surrey - October 2018

[Syntax]

The travel company Kuoni had it’s head office at Kuoni House for more than 40 years on the former site of the deepdene mansion house.

As the building was no longer fit for purpose, the firm and its 219 employees relocated to a modern complex about 5 minutes down the road.

The site has recently been acquired by a houseing company and has started to be stripped out so that the building can be turned into flats.

We made our way into the grounds and stopped for a sandwich on one of the benches and we were soon greeted by a really friendly chap who claimed to live and work on site. We had a chat and after he refused to allow us inside the building he said it was okay to stay put in the grounds.

We waited around for a bit and put a plan in place to gain entry.

Here goes...

The floors are covered in carpet adhesive!

I was watching that site for about a year and found a few weeks ago it's finally empty. Went past the fence to see if any reaction and...nothing. Did you trip any alarm? and weird that thing about the guy you mention. Super well done. I'm next!

Went there last Saturday, there’s 6 Romanians sleeping downstairs at the back so couldn’t go in and if we did it would have echoed
