Lee Plaza Hotel an Art Deco building built in 1928 for a then cost of 2.5 million USD which adjusted for inflation would be over 31 million USD.
Located in the New Center area of Detroit a few miles from Midtown and a straight shot from New Center down Woodward to the center of Downtown.
It started life as a Hotel, then apartments and ended life as a senior (you may know them as pensioners) living complex.
I will let my buddy Dan A bring it home with an excellent write up located here.
