Had the heads up on this one as I'm sort of in the game. It has recently gone on the market for sale and I contacted the agent to have a look round. Well he spoke to some of my work collegues who told them what I actually did UE wise and today when I met him there he flatly reused to show me round! 
But I came up with a little plan to keep his conscience clean 
He went in, turned the alarm systems off and then left the door on the latch. Went to his car to get some papers... came back, and dropped the latch - leaving innocent old me inside 
That way he's had nothing to do with it!!!
He doesn't want it naming yet until sold. He was kind enough to me to be cheeky... So I'm obliging him by putting it in RU for a while.
