The metal lid structures look like they're water supply related; the stone wall surrounding them is too well made, of stone of far too regular a size and in the wrong place to be a farmer's boundary wall. Llyn Bran just up the road is listed as a regulatory reservoir for the North Wales water supply system, and as the bulk of the populated areas of North Wales are coastal (and these lids are north of Llyn Bran), I think they're access into the water supply pipework.

The "Bunker" structure on the hill is marked on the Ordnance Survey maps as another reservoir, and certainly looks like one from the air.
