So after failing getting into an abandoned mansion not too far from here, we stopped off here as we was driving to another location. My boyfriends been here before, so he knew already about it. I am fully aware that this has been done many times. Sadly the state of this house is ridiculous. It’s such a shame as it would have been a beautiful home when it was lived in. There is evidence of a rough sleeper here going by the pink bedroom. I’ve seen a few people off Facebook say there is a homeless man living here. It is located on the edge of a golf course. This beautiful house was hidden behind the trees off of the busy roadside. The house has 4 bedrooms, and an additional car garage converted into office space with a utility room and toilet. Access into this house is really easy, we just walked over some trampled down security fence and went through the front door. My two favourite features to this house is the kitchen and the shape of the doors. The kitchen is my top feature because it has been completely made out of wood with many characteristic features. The shape of the doors is my second favourite feature simply because I wasn’t actually expecting to see it. The doors reminded me of a chapel because it had that typical shape. I’ve never looked at posts of this house until making my own so when I went everything was a complete surprise. I don’t know any history on this all I could find was that apparently it was supposed to be demolished in 2010 but the planning permission for it was denied, so it was left empty. It was a really nice quick explore!

It's a shame buildings fall into disrepair, but it's nice to know that at somepoint, they were somebody's home.
