After visiting the nottingham shelter, and RAF newton, Myself, Batman and Robsey took a drive to a this place, Batman suggested a visit and we made our way.

Its a fabulous looking building, unfortunately is has been thoroughly chavved inside, it still holds lots of interest, and some very nice character.

Sites to see were the Morgue, wards, x-ray and opticians.

Beware if you take a visit, there is evidence of Scagheads in there...

enjoy the pictures...there are 12 of them...

Re: Loughborough General Hospital - 29.05.06 - Report

It was interesting to see this place, having previously lived nearby and never really noticing it. I'm not sure when it closed exactly. But it is in quite a state inside, every building has used needles in places. Between the vandals and the pikeys, almost every door/plasterboard wall has been damaged. And the worst bit is - the pikeys have nicked the fittings, but the water supply hasn't even been turned off. It's been like this for some time as every building is flooded somewhere!

This is not a place to visit alone, unless you're comfortable with the thought of meeting a crackhead in a dark corner. :(

This sign pretty much sums up the whole place:

Mortuary chapel (There was no slab or fridges in the mortuary):

Lots of rooms looked like this - well flooded:
