HISTORY
Not a lot of history on this place, cant find a date it was built or when it went derelict but I do know it was some time in the nineties after the farmer died and the two sons took possession.
One son was wanting to sell and the other didn't so we end up with a stalemate and the reason the farm ended up in this condition there is evidence in the house itself from letters addressed to the owner like vehicle tax information from the 80s and a few newpaper clipping from 1970.
the owner also had ties to the local area in the form of a shop which dealt in all sorts of different items like a general store but they also offered repair services for electrical goods .

THE EXPLORE
So I first posted this report when I joined 28 days it was I think my very first post in fact and it ended up in how not to do a post segment of the group mainly due to the awful editing contained within :(:turd.
Anyway a revisit had been on the cards for a while and seeing I was meeting up with some new members @Brandon.ee and @LancashireExplorations it was high time I got my ass in gear.
The farm is exactly as I remember a little more knackered due to the weather but all the good stuff was still there the cellar was mainly what I wanted to see as I missed it both times before :wankerhaha
very disappointed to find it was nothing more than a crawl space full of empty wine bottles that did at the time look full gutted .
anyway a nice relaxed explore with some nice little touches , a good way to pass a few hours in my opinion now for some HDR FREE piks :D
