Lowry House was built in 1973 by the architect Robert Swift. Lowry House was built on the site originally occupied by the Lloyd Entwistle Bank which later became the Manchester and Liverpool District Bank.
The building has recently been refurbished with various meeting rooms, Four lifts and 24 hour access.
