HISTORY- MAES MYNAN HALL is a former 33 bed assisted living care home set in 2.6 acres of trees off a main road between denbigh and mold , there are 10 ground floor rooms and 18 on the upper floor , the property included 2 dining rooms , reception, laundry room, porch and a conservatory.
The home suddenly closed in 2013 without any warning ! , being boarded up shortly after , this place has been up for auction , but has failed to sell on 2 occasions , the auction house had set a guide price of £200,000 , an out of the auctionhouse deal for the former care home is currently in the pipeline !
THE EXPLORE- We had previously visited this old peoples home in 2015 , but it was tinned up because the place was still full of residents belongings ,....... 3 years later me n the missus was driving back from denbigh after visiting relatives , we started chatting about MAES MYNAN HALL and decided to pay a little visit to see how the old place was doing ! after a walk around the rear of the property we found some abandoned cars then went to check out the house itself , after a couple of minutes we found a hole big enough for me to squeeze through
THE PICS- As usual i was using my 10-18 mm wide angle canon lens , such a useful lens !.....enjoy the pics folks !
