I had watched these apartments build up on each of my visits to Liverpool and I had known that Agour had topped the apartments in the centre.
After deciding whether we (Myself & Aos) should hit this place up we found ourselves inside the site within minutes only to find someone sleeping behind one of the boarding panels surrounding it. She must have been f*cking cold...
The two dark glassed buildings closest to the city centre are set to hold 376 apartments, 2 levels of underground car park with 480+ spaces.
The third building is set to be used as commercial office space but could also hold exhibitions and a cafe. Mann Island is situated north of Canning Dock and at the minute looks like a bit of an eye sore.
Oh yeah this place has live webcams...
It was a hard one for me to leave with such brilliant views over Liverpool.
