After two unsuccessful visits last year decided one more try was on the cards and hard to believe it was so difficult to get into considering ease of access this time round.
However the care home seems to have took a lot of damage this time round.
Heavily vandalised and clear signs of squatting were present.
Quite a lot of things to see in the home despite the fact it was completely wrecked.
I honestly would like to explore a care home one day that doesn't look like it's been picked up by a tornado.

Care Home closed in 2015 after failing an inspection, the Care Home housed 29 elderly people including some some with dementia.
Care Home later used as a half way house and unfortunately was hit by a fire in 2018.

I have found some info online about the fire which resulted in someone's death online.

Emergency services were called to the former Manor House Care Home in High Street, Easington Lane, at about 02:40 GMT and found a man unconscious inside.

He was pronounced dead a short time later. A number of other residents were brought out of the building by Tyne and Wear Fire and Rescue Service.
Northumbria Police said the cause of the fire was still being established and an investigation was under way.
Det Insp Dave English said: "Since the incident last night we have a number of people now assisting us with our inquiry.
"I would urge anyone who witnessed the fire, who saw anything suspicious last night, or anyone with information that may be useful to police, please get in touch.
"There will be further police activity in the area today and extra officers in the area to offer reassurance to anyone with concerns."

Strange one, Im guessing the more wrecked rooms with plaster and stained walls are where the fire was. Its appears some rooms are quite clear, if not
somewhat rummaged. This photo looks very different from the rest, no graff, no plaster damage. Well done 3rd time lucky :thumb

Yeah some rooms were pretty immaculate in terms of how these places look haha.
Was a good explore though, very eerie being in the room the fire started and that someone was killed in the fire.
