Another from the Last month's tourism tour in this vehicle
One of Belgium's lesser frequented powerplants, doesn't have the vintage charms as seen at ECVB or IM but still, a nice turbine hall all the same. Almost identical in layout to the one (now demolished) that was next to the BR3 nuclear station.
The boiler house is an exposed, externally framed construction like the one here at Willington pre demolition. The snow was coming in sideways and my ears were about to fall off after clambering all over the boiler house trying to find access, so when we found a nice door - it was a relief.
Closed a couple of years ago, scheduled for demolition, has seen better days.
