Neo Tower
When construction finishes, Neo will become a flashy addition to Inner Manchester’s skyline. Due to become an 11 storey building, it will host ‘event spaces and private studios’. Before the new development stood a metallic building called Bank House, built for the Bank of England and reputed as one of the most secured building in the city. [taken from @PatientTheory]
Pretty sure part of this building is in use now but the top floors still have a bit to go though. Hopped over a noisy fence with PatientTheory and took the stairs straight to the top, the usual Manchester weather meant that the roof was slippy but it was all good, didn't bother with the tripod though so all shots are handheld with a stupidly low shutter speed...
