Anyone had a chance to check out this vicarage next to Christ Church on Coombe Road, New Malden?

Victorian vicarage demolition blocked (From Surrey Comet)

I pass it every day on the bus and had a look recently. The front and back doors are boarded. I’m thinking there’s potential access on the left side of the building though. I pussied out of looking as I was dressed for work and didn’t fancy treading through brambles up to my face.

But it does look impressive inside from the peek I took through the letterbox.

Demolition is criminal. Looks to be a perfectly liveable, handsome building.
I know, I don’t usually pay much attention to derelict houses but this has a nice little 'dolls’ house' feel to it and looks very interesting inside from the small peek I had.

It needs to be done!

So what we would need to find is someone with an interest in exploratiin, that knows the location. and perhaps even passes it daily.

Hmmm, that's a challenge........

Hmm, that's one I could get to as well - so it's still there but empty? They could have rented it out these last few years and earned a mint!
