2 Harter Street is in the centre of manchester, whilst out trying to find spot's i saw this place and popped in for a quick look and was quite happy with the result.I'm not to sure on it's history but managed to find a little about it, originally a paper warehouse it backed on to the rochdale canal now filled in (this part anyhow),The building it self is predominantly red brick work with sandstone dressing with the typical interior of cast iron and timer, it still has a fantastic oak panel reception with cast iron radiator.I don't know when it closed there is sign's of some conversion work but looks like it stopped some time ago the only other thing is a sign on the door D&G Smith gibson, the basement was once a night club called The tube.
