All the reports you see here are notable for one or more of the following reasons at least...

A good first explore.
This might be either on 28DL or in the community as a whole. We don't make these up, they really happened to the best of our knowledge. We're always happy to correct the record though.

An 'epic' explore.
Maybe not a first, but noteworthy in that normal boundaries were pushed to the max.

An outstanding report.
Maybe not first or even 'epic', but the best report of a location, that accurately portrays the location with high quality pictures and a detailed narrative.

Downfallen posted some ridiculous escape and evasion, and ultimately capture, courts, jail and a paperwork fuck up that allowed him to escape Dubai...
