Don’t really know anything about this place except it’s be abandoned for years and it’s in a

Sorry completely messed that up, we don’t know much history about this spot other than it’s been savaged by fire at some point and that has made the top floor to unsafe to explore which is a shame as that’s the only access to the roof, it must have been office blocks at some point but now is just occupied by homeless and possibly druggys

It's Walton House. It used to be (and possibly still is) owned by "The Scott Custodian Trust" and as you say it's been empty for maybe 10 years.

Amazing that it's still empty, considering what's around it!

I did look into it today and they have been several petitions to take it down but some how she still stands. I wouldn’t recommend going there though it’s not a nice place

It'll go eventually so good that you've documented it though. Ask one of the mods to change the title and add the month of your visit so it's searchable and relevant.

Did an exterior photoshoot here back in February, I do believe the Sidemen created a YouTube visit on this shell of a building which may be worth looking up! Image was from an exhibition I created in the summer.
