Just seen this question... I would assume yes it's still there. Access was or is not normal and whether the way in is still there is a different question.

Plans to convert to Wetherspoons delayed according to a news article dated July 2016: "Work to transform the derelict building was put on hold while mitigation was carried out to rehome bats that had taken roost. Further delays were caused by the need to change plans after a patch of land belonging to a third-party was included in planning designs by the pub chain."

There's a much bigger industrial site in Midsomer that's is definitely still there and doable and barely touched. It has on-site security. And a near pointless derpy old printing place is in sight of this cinema across the car park.
