Just a few photos! Visited over the weekend with Defender (and his amazing carbide lamp), Liam CH and a friend of mine. We spent most of our time getting lost (usually my fault - I blame the flu!) and being given fondue by huge groups of cataphiles.
The traffic in the 'combs has increased quite a bit of late. This is obvious not only from the tagging present in the deeper sections of the galleries, but also from the vandalism which is sadly evident in quite a few of the rooms. Beautiful paintings have been tagged over, all the sculpture in one room (La Belier) completely destroyed, even the castle has been attacked. The cataphiles have named those responsible "cataclasts" - (after iconoclasts) and although this isn't a recent thing, it's become a lot more widespread.
However, all the guys we met down there were awesome, as always. Always helpful and welcoming.
I hope you enjoy the photos.
In the north section of the network, where a one skull remains (perhaps the only one!)
