Again on a drive past I noticed another derelict derp. Peck house is a large industrial unit ( looks like office block) in Rotherham on the road out towards Doncaster. Don't know how good it will be or if there is access but it's all boarded up and looks like it has been for at least 5-10 years. Again couldn't find a post on here.

Bit of an update on this one.

Had a go at getting in the other day. Access is pretty easy, however once in the floor is really weak. Can feel it giving way under foot. So I quickly got out and had a look at what we could from the outside. Tbh it doesn't look like it's worth the hassle/risk. Unless you can get in on ground level (we couldn't).

From what I could find on the Web it was the offices/warehouse for a chain of clothing stores in Rotherham.
