This is a spot I've had on my radar for a while now but not got around to going to. Went to this the same day my friends were up here so we decided to scoot over to it to have a look. There is nothing I can find anywhere about this place, but it seems a hotspot for local kids as we encountered two groups while there. Talking to them, they informed us it was a police training centre or similar, but the building is basically a concrete shell so it's hard to say.
The whole thing is covered in graffiti, which although I hate in most places, I liked some of it here. Amongst the general tagging of names, badly drawn male genitalia and swear words, there were one or two nice pieces. We only spent around 45 minutes here as there really isn't much to see but it was a good local mooch nonetheless.
