First report, sorry for any mistakes.

Porth Wen Brickworks is a magnificent industrial archeology location on the coast of Anglesey. In use between 1850 and 1914. Bricks made here were used in the construction of Liverpool Docks and were exported by sea from the works from its very own harbour. They were also used in high heat industries like the steel industry. At the cliff bottom, bricks were moulded, dried and then fired in the three circular beehive kilns.

Not a bad little bay for a swim either - but you need to overcome the pain of the pebbles getting in!
