Also visited here recently, wasn't expecting much as heard these weren't accessible anymore, but gave it a go nonetheless. The main tunnels which appear to have more stuff in are well and truly shut up now (properly locked and welded shut) however the radio tunnel in the side of the white cliffs is still accessible (but hard in the wet as we found out).

We also spoke to a guy who had access to the tunnel that they do airsoft in, he was happy to let us look around that one but sadly not yesterday as he had just locked up. But he did tell us a load more dates he would be down there, not sure how interesting the airsoft tunnel is, but I will probably head back down there at some point.

Hilariously under-equipped since 1999.

I loved the Fuel Tunnels and I actually play at the Airsoft bunker. Something tells me the Fuel Tunnels won't stay closed for that long, even then, the council have to re-open them every now and then.

I keep an eye on the Fuel Bunkers and the entrances. Just waiting for the day.
