This was a papermill for at one point one the biggest paper companies in Germany. It employed over 5,500 people over the 3 sites within the valley and closed in 2008. The two turbine rooms in here were brilliant with one of them apparently from around 1920/30. With pretty much zero graffiti and no metal theft this was one of the highlights of the trip.
