Report - RAF Langham - March 08

Had a good snoot around with number7, found these bunkers hidden off the beaten track. The Astro dome is now closed but have gained entry in the past but had no camera, good site to visit alot of runways and taxy ways still there. The control tower is now used as offices for the turkey farm.
We have been told that the ammo stores are in the grounds of the old Nunnery adjacent, but have not yet returned to verify this.

Very nice Dome 'Gunnery' Trainer, one of the few remaining anywhere. Nothing to do with Astrology at all, dispite what some sites say:

Cannot find any trace of a Bomb Dump, and there may not even be one!

I wonder if Bernard Mathews knows where it is

When you say old Nunnery adjacent do you mean remains of Binham Priory ?
