RAF Sculthorpe is a decommissioned Ministry of Defence facility in north Norfolk. I went for an explore here today, a surreal site situated right within a housing estate entitled Wicken Green village. There were several signs saying no trespassing however, several people walking dogs so no issues. The site has more contemporary buildings such as a fish and chips shop and a corner shop, I guess these closed around 2012 from paper etc found inside. Both of the buildings are heavily vandalised. The site also includes many WW2 barrack blocks, some which were for married couples.

These are airy and interesting to explore, with no windows the wind rushes though the buildings. These building have little inside however, they do have plenty of beautiful textures and surfaces of flaking paint.
