Hello Everyone!
This is my first explore, a surface scratch of the Upper Heyford Site; not quite to the depth of Shatners report, but I enjoyed it, and am ready to push further next time.

Upper Heyford was used as a Flying base for the Royal Flying Corps from 1918 through to the Cold War, when it became a base for the US Air Force, who used it primarily as a training site.

It is now divided into two - one side (with the most interesting stuff) is in use for warehousing, businesses, and Training. The other side (still deserted) houses the classrooms, sports facilities, and hospital.

Looks like one of the rooms was recently sealed off with a Police Line...

A huge room filled with sand.
