This was one of the last locations we visited whilst in Italy. The hospital sits up in the mountains with the (now not so vibrant) red cross painted on the ceiling of the church.
Not sure what this place was or if it was even a hospital at all! My thoughts are that it was some kind of religious boarding school for children or something similar. With amazing views over the lake below and the mountains in the distance it's a wonder why the building hasn't been sold and made into some kind of spa retreat or something, as the views from the windows are something else.
