Information - Redcar Blast Furnace Demolition

For those that may be interested, this would be a real spectical from the South Gare (probably have to go the night before they'll likely close that road), sad, but inevitable. If anyone goes please share photos/videos etc. as I sadly can't make it.

Absolutely devastated I'm not going to be able to make it up there to catch the demolition tomorrow. It certainly will be a spectacular thing to watch, it's by far the largest and most publicly visible blast furnace in the country, and we will never see the likes of this again. Of course the site never should have been shut so abruptly, but it was a great place while it lasted, and I'm grateful to have been able to spend so much time there. She'll be sorely missed.

Just a couple from todays RBF demo not the best quality it was a lousy day in all aspects.
