Was driving around and stumbled across this empty place. Couldn't find it using search so thought I would post it.
History
I couldn't find much history about this place apart from Robert neill and co are an electrical wholesalers. The apparently moved from this building in the early 90's and it has been empty ever since.
The visit
I initially drove past and noticed a possible access route so posted on the leads rumours forum. I then thought I cant let this opportunity pass so drive back. Parked up outside and recc'd the area. This building has been visited by local kids and has some colourful graffiti (not as nice as phlegm). Whilst I was waiting for a time to dodge onlookers a group of local kids turned up. Saw me sat in my high viz jacket. Obviously thought I was secca and went on their merry way. I found my gap in onlookers and went in.
Once inside it is dark and dusty. Old wires everywhere. I also had a close encounter with a nesting pigeon. Not what you want when your solo lol. There is also a bridge in the top floor between buildings but the other building looked in use.
Anyway on to the pics (apologies camera phone)
